About SMACK'N Guamanian Grill:
Established in 2019 by Christian Graham, the restaurant is located in San Diego, California.

The 'SMACK' in “SMACK’N” stands for “Sudo Mesa Authentic Chamorro Kitchen.”

The Sudo Mesa family originates from the village of Yona on the island of Guam. Their cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Rosa, was a successful small business owner on the island. She raised cows, sold milk, and beef to the Artero store in Agana Heights. Rosa later diversified her business by offering baked goods at her home bakery. Her business supported the local community during various occasions such as funerals, weddings, christenings, and other events.

On April 1, 2013, Rosa passed away, leaving behind a legacy that SMACK’N Guamanian Grill strives to uphold. The restaurant continues Rosa Baza Sudo Mesa’s ethos by prioritizing faith, hard work, and community service.
